Jack Nicklaus, his family, and TWG Global have announced NOKOSI: A Nicklaus Family Club, a new private club rising on the 153-acre site of the former Sherbrooke Golf & Country Club. Located 20 minutes from Palm Beach International Airport, NOKOSI marks Jack’s first course design since reacquiring his namesake company — and the first project from the new development group led by Gary Nicklaus and the family alongside TWG Global. Construction is underway, with play anticipated in late 2026.
“NOKOSI is very personal to us,” Jack Nicklaus said. “It’s about creating a place where families can come together around great golf, great friendships, and a club culture built to last for generations.”
