Jack Nicklaus today launched the new Nicklaus.com, a redesigned digital home for the family of businesses built on his name.
The site brings together, for the first time in one place, the story of the Golden Bear, the golf and lifestyle brands that carry his name, Nicklaus Design’s work around the world, and the partnerships that have accompanied his career.
The launch follows a milestone year for the company. In April, Jack Nicklaus reclaimed ownership of the businesses he founded, returning them to the family. The new Nicklaus.com is the first expression of that next chapter: a site that speaks in one voice for Nicklaus Design, the Jack Nicklaus and Golden Bear brands, 18 Majors, and the Nicklaus name itself.
“Everything we do starts with my father’s name and what it stands for,” said Gary Nicklaus, Chief Executive Officer. “For a long time, the pieces of that story lived in different places. The new Nicklaus.com puts them under one roof, told the way our family would tell it, and gives anyone who wants to work with us a clear front door.”
What visitors will find
About Jack. A new biography of Jack Nicklaus, alongside his playing career year by year, professional and amateur statistics, awards and honors, and the Jack Nicklaus Museum.
Golf’s greatest brand. The Jack Nicklaus signature line, Golden Bear and 18 Majors, each with a direct path to its own storefront, together with licensing and partnership inquiries for companies that want to build with the Nicklaus brands.
Nicklaus Design. The world leader in golf course design, with more than 450 courses in 47 countries on six continents. A selection of courses from every continent appears on the homepage, with the full portfolio at nicklausdesign.com.
Partnerships. A featured section on Jack’s relationship with Rolex, from the gold Day-Date he received in 1967 to its sale at auction in 2019 for $1.22 million, with every dollar benefiting the Nicklaus Children’s Health Care Foundation.
News and media. Company announcements and stories from across the Nicklaus family of businesses, with an archive reaching back more than a decade.
The site was designed around editorial photography from the Nicklaus archive, a quieter typographic voice, and a single inquiry form that routes brand, real estate, partnership, design and media conversations to the right people. It is built to load quickly on any device, with every page readable without scripts.
The new Nicklaus.com is live today at nicklaus.com. Media inquiries may be directed through the media and press form on the site.
