NVIDIA SHIELD Android TV Box consoles, featuring Muirfield Village Golf Club’s 12th hole, and tablets preloaded with child-friendly games, to be donated to Nationwide Children’s Hospital during player visit with Stuart Appleby, Jim Herman and Camilo Villegas on Tuesday, May 31.
Dublin, Ohio – Officials of the Memorial Tournament presented by Nationwide announced today that a SkyTrak powered golf simulator, featuring Muirfield Village Golf Club’s signature par-3 12th hole, will be open for play at the Golden Bear Club throughout the week of the upcoming 41st edition of the Memorial Tournament presented by Nationwide.
The Golden Bear Club is located within Patron Village in the heart of Tournament play between Hole No. 10 fairway and No. 14 green.
Memorial Tournament patrons who purchased the upgraded Golden Bear Club badge will have a chance to compete in a virtual closest-to-the-pin contest on an incredibly realistic HD model of the par-3 12th hole at Muirfield Village Golf Club. Daily contest winners will receive Nicklaus Golf Balls and the overall champion will have a chance to win a Jack Nicklaus-autographed pin flag.
In other Tournament news, two NVIDA SHIELD Android TV Box consoles, featuring the same next-generation golf game that Golden Bear Club patrons will enjoy, and eight tablets preloaded with child-friendly games, will be donated to Nationwide Children’s Hospital during a visit by PGA TOUR players on Tuesday, May 31, at 1 p.m. Stuart Appleby, Jim Herman and Camilo Villegas will visit with patients in the rehabilitation unit and tour the Memorial Tournament Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

The Memorial Tournament presented by Nationwide is May 30 – June 5 at world-renowned Muirfield Village Golf Club. Kids 16 and under can attend for free with a ticketed adult and kids 18 and under are admitted free on Wednesday, June 1, for Junior Golf Day. Daily practice round tickets for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday are available. The cost is $35 and they are valid for all three practice-round days. During Tournament week, practice round tickets can be purchased at all gates, the pro shop located in the 6th Tee Parking Lot and the Memorial Patron Will Call Center (6189 Memorial Drive).
