SunCal, one of the largest privately owned developers of master-planned and mixed-use communities in the US, broke ground this month on the new golf clubhouse at Potomac Shores, the resort-residential community in Northern Virginia with a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course as its centerpiece.
