The hour-long special, which coincides with Palmer’s 83rd birthday today, was taped earlier this year in Houston prior to a “Greats of Golf” competition that was held as part of the Champions Tour’s Insperity Championship. The trio of Nicklaus, Palmer and Player won the event, but the true winner was the assemblage of fans who were able to witness this gathering of greatness.
